Een stukje Condroz met landbouw- en bosrijke uitzichten, dorpen in plaatselijke steen die tot de mooiste dorpen van Walloni\u00eb behoren. Gelegen in het hart van het dorp Bioul, is de g\u00eete de la Froche de ideale plek om met familie of vrienden bijeen te komen.\r\n\r\nIn de buurt vind je een bakker, een slager, een apotheek, een buurtwinkel die zeven dagen per week open is en een heerlijke pizzeria.\r\n\r\nIn 1500 was de g\u00eete een boerderij. Als je naar de aangrenzende huizen kijkt, zie je nog steeds de architectuur van die tijd. Vroeger was de boerderij verbonden met het Ch\u00e2teau de Bioul, eigendom van een rijke ridder.\r\n\r\nHet gebouw werd gerenoveerd door de materialen van die tijd te benadrukken: zichtbare stenen, \u2018voussettes\u2019, hout, klei.\r\n\r\nDe schuur werd volledig ingericht, sinds mei 2019 hebben we een prachtige, zeer lichte pingpongkamer en een aangrenzende speelruimte met een groot raam met uitzicht op de tuin. Een grote volledig omheinde tuin met een schommel\/glijbaan.\r\n\r\nAls je de regio wilt verkennen, kan je gastheer je tips geven over de vele excursies die je kunt doen, afhankelijk van het seizoen. In the heart of the Bioul village, the Froche holiday home is ideal for family reunions or catch-ups with friends. \r\n\r\nNearby, you have a bakery, a butcher\u2019s, a pharmacy, a small shop that is open every day of the week and a tasty pizza parlour. \r\n\r\nIn 1500, this holiday home was a farm. By observing the nearby houses, you can tell what the architecture looked like at the time. Back then, the farm was part of the Bioul Castle and owned by a wealthy knight. \r\n\r\nThe building was renovated and restored with the material that was used at the time: Exposed stone, barrel vaults, wood and clay.\r\n\r\nThe barn was transformed in 2009 and we installed a beautiful ping-pong and games room full of light with its bow window overlooking the garden. Children can build railway tracks with metallic duplo sets while the adults can also enjoy themselves. There is a wide selection of board games to enjoy.\r\n\r\nOutdoors, there is a large paved terrace (BBQ possible) with night lighting.
