Holiday homes in southern Belgium
A holiday home is a house, part of a house or apartment with all the infrastructure you need (living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, garden…) to feel “at home”. It can be located in the country or in the city.
We have an official classification ranging from 1 to 5 “épis”/keys, assessing the level of equipment and comfort. They can accommodate from 1 to 50 people (sometimes even more) and can be rented for a short stay (min. 2 nights), a weekend, a week, or even longer. Some holiday homes can be rented for as little as one night. Find out more!
In addition to the rental price, you will regularly be asked to contribute to the costs of your stay (electricity, heating, water) and to pay additional charges (cleaning, linen hire, etc.). A guarantee will also be required to cover any damage caused during your stay.
The owner usually takes care of reception. Available but discreet, he’ll give you all the information you need to discover the innumerable treasures of the gîte’s region.

Holiday homes for groups
When planning a group holiday, it’s essential to choose accommodation that meets the needs of all participants. Holiday homes for groups are designed to offer both comfort and conviviality, with spaces suitable for meetings and group activities. These vacation homes often feature large living areas, ideal for sharing meals and relaxing together. Facilities can include well-equipped kitchens for preparing meals together, as well as spacious lounges with board games and entertainment equipment.
For groups wishing to enjoy the outdoors, many holiday homes offer private gardens or terraces where you can organize barbecues, play games or simply relax. Some also have swimming pools, sports fields or children’s play areas, so that every member of the group can enjoy themselves to their heart’s content.
