A holiday home, sometimes referred to a cottage, is a house, part of a house or apartment providing you with all the necessary features  to make you feel "at home" (living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, garden, etc.). It can be located in the countryside as well as in the city.

Holiday homes have an official classification ranging from 1 to 5 épis (keys) assessing the level of equipment and comfort. These places can accommodate from 1 to 50 people (sometimes even more) and can be rented for a short stay (min. 2 nights), a weekend, a week, or even more. Some cottages can be rented for even a night. Get informed.

In addition to the rental amount, you will often contribute to utility costs of your stay (electricity, heating, water) and to pay additional costs (cleaning, rental of household or bed linen, etc.). A deposit will also be requested to cover any damage caused during your stay.

The owner generally welcomes you on your arrival. Available but discreet, your host can give you all the information you need to discover all the treasures of the surrounding region.

A bed & breakfast is a room that is part of the owner's personal residence or is located in an extended part of the residence, or near the owner’s home. It can be located in the countryside or in the city. Guest rooms also have an official classification ranging from 1 to 5 épis (keys) assessing the level of equipment and comfort.

A house or property can accommodate 1 to 5 guest rooms. A Bed & Breakfast can be rented for one night or more and usually includes breakfast. Varied and plentiful, the breakfast is often made with local products (homemade jams, cheeses or regional cold meats, etc.). Some guest rooms also offer the Table d'Hôtes option (guest table). This option is normally only reserved for guests staying on site. Here, the owner invites you to share the evening meal and thus taste the riches of regional cuisine.

You stay with private individuals offering you services that differ from a typical hotel experience. Get informed about the services offered.

Through discussions with the owner, you will learn about the region by immersing yourself in the local culture.
