Completely modernised and renovated for energy efficiency and the environment, the house has two floors.

On the ground floor, the living room, dining room and kitchen form a single living space, covering a total area of over 275 m2.
Here you'll find a double-sided fireplace, a TV, a pool table, a kicker and a play corner for the little ones among us.
The kitchen is designed for convivial and gourmet moments! An induction cooker, a large tepanyaki hob and an induction wok hob are all at your disposal. Oven, steam and microwave ovens, professional coffee machine, flat and sparkling water purification system, large fridge and freezer complete the equipment.

A wellness area offers a sauna for 15 people and a jacuzzi/pool for 20 people (3.5 x 5.5 m).

A seminar room for 30 people (12 x 4.5 m) is also available on request.

The bedrooms are spread over two levels.
On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms for 2 people, each with its own bathroom with walk-in shower. One bedroom is equipped for disabled guests.
On the first floor, there are 6 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with walk-in shower: 1 bedroom for 2 people and 5 bedrooms for 4 people (with 2 mezzanine beds).
All the beds are 90 x 200 cm.

Outside, there are three large terraces equipped with the necessary garden furniture, barbecue, outdoor fireplace and children's play equipment on a large lawn at different levels with a total area of 30 ares.

Electric cars are welcome. A charging station is available.
There is also a lockable bike shed with charging facilities for electric bikes.
