We had long dreamed of a self-contained home that was simple, elegant and comfortable. We put a lot of time and energy into building it. We made everything as if it were our own, and now it's your home for a while! Welcome to our home!
Come and stay in our beautiful, green region. Whether on foot or by bike, from Les jours heureux you can explore the surrounding villages, which will seduce you with their country charm. You'll also be able to observe the magnificent flora and fauna that nature has to offer at every turn.
Depending on your interests, you can also discover the Eau d'Heure lakes, the banks of the Meuse (Givet, Dinant and even Namur), Treignes (the museum village) and much more.

Ever since we bought this plot of land (2015), we'd been dreaming of our own little cabin, Tinyhouse or yurt.
In fact, we've been dreaming of a self-contained habitat that's simple, comfortable and elegant, so Marc set about obtaining a permit and materials, Hugo drew up plans, and we racked our brains to find out whether it was better for the door to open to the right or left, and whether panelling was better horizontal or vertical.
We had rainy days, flu to delay us, helping hands, visits and admiration to boost us.
We did everything as if it were our own, and now it's your home for a while.
