The two lodgings when rented together are ideal for 15 friends or family members. All guests of any age will really enjoy the open and landscaped garden next to the forest.
Regniessart is a small and very peaceful hamlet that is located in a clearing in the heart of the forest of Nismes. Many walks or bike rides (road and mountain bike) from the residence are possible. Beautiful villages nearby.
When you combine the 2 cottages together, you can enjoy an ideal and simple haven of comfort but you also have all the appliances and comfortable furnishings as well as central heating and a wood-burning stove. In the living room of the large holiday home, everything is thought of so that you can enjoy meals with 14 other guests. The living room and the kitchen area of the smaller holiday home can either be used for this purpose or as an 8th bedroom.
Outside, in this exceptional environment, you have the choice of many terraces, depending on the weather. The garden is very large and fenced, equipped with swings, 2 covered terraces with table tennis and a barbecue area. A garage, a laundry room, table football and a library are also all at your disposal.
For a small additional cost, access to the attic room makes it possible to organize residential internships. The place is indeed perfect for various courses such as Tai Chi and Yoga but also for film screenings, seminars, sewing workshops or scrapbooking. The room is equipped with folding chairs, tables, and sofas (on small wheels for easy moving). For the rest, you have to take care of it yourself. However, you cannot use this function room after 10 p.m and so, this room is also not suitable for parties.

The bestway to start this thread is to say just how much we love living here in Regniessart. Unfortunately, we cannot be in this paradise all the time due to professional constraints.
Once we get here, we prefer to minimise using our car. It is so much nicer to discover and rediscover the different facets of landscape according to the seasons. We love relaxing in the garden or exploring the woodlands by foot or by bicycle. We could not resist opening this abode up for guests with our holiday homes here.
