GROUND FLOOR: Entrance hall, shower room, toilet and washing machine with dryer, reading and television room.
1ST FLOOR: Dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, pellet burner, shaded terrace with a table and 6 chairs as well.
2ND FLOOR: A mezzanine bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined together, and a closed bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), 2 USB plugs in the 2 bedrooms.
OUTSIDE:
- Access to the garden, BBQ, grill, swings, petanque alley, table at the end of the garden.
- SAUNA: Heated by wood burner, available.
PARKING: Spaces on the roadside.
VIEW: Of the garden, the meadows, and hedged farmlands.
SOUTH-FACING terrace and garden.
SOUND ISOLATION: The worst you can hear are the mooing of the cows and the singing of the birds.
SURFACE AREA: 105 m2 of living space and a 13 m2 terrace.
