This charming apartment is completely renovated with quality, in the classified site of rue des Brasseurs. Comfort guaranteed for 4 people (or 5 people with an extra bed) with beams and niches in the middle of the old part of a building that has existed for over 300 years.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building (no elevator). It consists of the following:
A 9 m² double bedroomw with a 160 cm wide double bed, and a storage cupboard.
A 16 m² double bedroom with 2 single boxspring beds that you can combine into a 180 cm double bed, an armchair single sofabed, a storage cupboard, and a desk.
A bathroom with a shower and stone sink.
A separate toilet closet.
A utility room with a washing machine and dryer. In the living area, there is Wi-Fi, a loudspeaker accessible via Bluetooth, and tourist information leaflets.
Non-smoking accommodation - No parties - no pets.
The district of rue des Brasseurs is one of the most typical of old Namur. Here you will find the best bars and restaurants... just far enough from the apartment to avoid noise. You are walking distance from the cable car climbing to the Citadel, the Rops Museum, the House of Poetry, Saint Aubain Cathedral, the confluence, the Delta, the Enjambée... in short, everything is there to see in this magnificent city of Namur.
The street is pedestrianised (still accessible by car for loading and unloading at specific times).
