Holiday home - Durbuy - Gîte du Sanglier

The gîte consists of an upstairs and a first floor.
On the first floor, there are 8 bedrooms, 4 large bedrooms (3 to 4 people) equipped with bathrooms with washbasin + bathtub and 4 small bedrooms (2 people) with washbasin. The bedrooms with washbasins have two separate bathrooms (shower and bath) and two WCs.
In total, the gîte can accommodate 22 people and 2 fixed baby beds.
On the first floor, there's a living/dining/kitchen area and a second area with a games room. The living room has a large armchair with a view of the TV equipped with Proximus.
There are also two WCs on the first floor.
The dining room has a long table seating 18 people and an additional table for 4.
The kitchen has two fridges, an electric induction hob and a gas hob, as well as an oven, a dishwasher and 2 freezers.
The playroom area is isolated from the other areas, connecting with an interior door. This allows travelers to have fun on one side and a little more peace and quiet on the other. This is the games room par excellence, with two pool tables (one American and one cork), table soccer, table tennis and several comfortable armchairs overlooking a second TV equipped with Proximus. The atmosphere is perfect for playing billiards and table soccer while watching TV.
The gîte has wi-fi.
The garden is fenced and has a barbecue, and pets are welcome.
A second building on the property offers a sauna and jacuzzi.

Weekends in January are 900 euros excluding charges.
Pillowcases, comforter covers and bed sheets are placed on the beds for photographic purposes. When you arrive at the gîte, you must bring your own sheets, pillowcases and comforter covers.
