This beautiful house is full of space, nature, calm, with superb views. It can welcome up to 6 people, in this 180 m2 house with a 3300 m2 garden on the edge of the forest. If you are two people, benefit from a 10% discount (no discount in high season).
Ideally located with an amazing view of a private valley. You can take a little stroll along the garden and go to the picturesque town centre of Bouillon situated along the banks of the Semois. Includes an infrared sauna and cleaning services. Please bring your own sheets. Ideal for teleworking (Wi-Fi).
In the surrounding area, there are many things to do such as walking, kayaking, fishing but also shopping and restaurants.
The large garden blends into the woodlands. You can see deer, birds and also birds of prey through the large windows here.
You have no direct views from neighbours on this calm road with 3 private parking spaces in front of the house.
On the ground floor, there is a hall, a toilet, a large living and dining room (58 m2) with 2 comfortable sofas, armchairs, a wooden stove, a flat screen television, a stereo with CD and DVD player. There is also an adjoining kitchen with a large table and chairs. The kitchen has a dishwasher, an oven and microwave, a coffee machine, an electric kettle and a toaster. There are lots of games for the children to play. Just beside the house, you will find a beautiful covered terrace with a table and chairs.
Upstairs, there are 2 identical bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm), a baby bed, a changing table and a desk. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (80 x 200 cm). There is a large washroom with a rainfall shower, a toilet, and 2 sinks. The utility room has a washing machine, a dryer and a freezer. There is also access to a covered terrace with garden furniture.
At the same level as the garden, the studio is fully independent with its own entrance. You have a small kitchen area, an infrared sauna, a wellness shower, a toilet and 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm). In front of the studio, there is a large terrace with a BBQ and garden furniture. For the children there is a selection DVDs and videos, books and comics to read or even a sandbox and swings to play in.

The house is ideally located with a beautiful view and large garden at the end of the woods for a natural tour with Anne Marie. From these large windows, you can regularly see deer, birds and birds of prey.
