In a peaceful little Ardennes village, at the gates of Bastogne, you will find an authentic family home built at the beginning of the 20th century which has been converted into a comfortable rural holiday home for 9 to 11 people.

Built at the beginning of the 20th century and destroyed during the Ardennes offensive, the family home is still standing. Its cellar was a refuge for many civilian refugees in December 1944. The first owner, Jules Koeune, was the paternal grandfather of the current owner who lives nearby.
Restored for the first time in 1946, a second time in 1982 and finally converted into a holiday home in 2022, while keeping its authenticity, our house is there to comfortably accommodate up to 11 people in 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

When booking, a 40% deposit must be paid into the bank account BE67 0019 4093 0287. The balance will be paid 20 days before the 1st day of your stay.
A reservation is only finalized after payment of the deposit.
A reservation request will be canceled if the payment is not effective within 10 days of the request. In the event of cancellation of the reservation, for any reason whatsoever, the deposit will not be refunded and the balance will remain payable unless the owner or tenant can find a new tenant.
Accommodation is provided for the number of people corresponding to the number of beds (11 people). The occupant may not bring any pet into the residence without the prior consent of the owner. The occupant undertakes to occupy the premises as a “good citizen”.

Michèle was a nurse and Jean-marie was a civil engineer. They complement each other in this hosting project. In a sort of way, like a housewife and businessman.
Jean-Marie is the grandson of Jules Koeune who settled in the family home at the beginning of the 20th century.
They look forward to welcoming their future guests and helping the guests to get to know their beautiful region in the middle of the Ardennes better.
