The gîte is located at Place du Baty n°7, 5500 Falmagne. It is a wide grassy square lined with lime trees, opposite the charming little church of Sainte-Geneviève.
The village of Falmagne is part of the commune of Dinant and is situated on the heights between the valleys of the Meuse and Lesse, on the road linking Dinant and Beauraing, roughly halfway between these two small towns.

The gîte sleeps a maximum of 11 people (9 adults plus 2 children). With a surface area of 175 m2, the gîte offers plenty of space for guests to meet up or to be left alone, depending on their needs.
The ground floor comprises a large room with a kitchen, dining and living area. In addition to the windows, the room is lit by a central skylight. There is also a cloakroom and a toilet.
The first floor has three bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom, another bathroom, a separate toilet and a large central landing.
The fourth bedroom is on the second floor, with a separate toilet and a large bathroom with bath. These are arranged around a large landing - a reading corner or games room - with sofa.
A terrace and garden at the rear of the building allow guests to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air, and to take meals when the weather is fine.
In bad weather and in consultation with the owner, guests will have access to a covered play area in the adjoining barn, with swings and a climbing rope for the little ones and a table tennis table and table football for the older ones.

The gîte is designed for family use.

Sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, bath towels and dish towels are not provided and must be brought by travellers.
