Situated in the Deux-Ourthes nature park, close to a "Natura 2000" area, surrounded by meadows and within easy reach of forest and riverside walks and hikes. Numerous walks start right from the property. This family home, an outbuilding of the former Château de Sainte Ode, is situated in the triangle of the tourist towns of Bastogne, La Roche en Ardennes and Saint Hubert. This house, with its old-fashioned charm, will appeal to lovers of the region's wood, stone and schist.
Nestling at the junction of the Ourthe and Basseilles rivers, fishing enthusiasts will be able to indulge their passion nearby (for holders of a fishing permit). Those interested in gastronomy will also be able to sample the many local products.
Every season has its attractions. The colours of nature, the smells, the animals, all the biodiversity...
In autumn, the mushrooms of our forests and the bellowing of the stag will delight others.
The house is surrounded by 2 large terraces, which will let you admire the landscape, nature, and why not a squirrel, which passes fleetingly in the large garden, donkeys, goats in a nearby meadow, while you prepare your bbq.
On cooler evenings, you'll appreciate the atmosphere created by the open fire (wood).
