This holiday home is newly renovated and part of an old farmhouse in the centre of the village. Its garden is on the banks of the Semois. The quiet cottage is also southwest-facing.
Since 2020, the residence has obtained its permit from the General Commission for Tourism (CGT).

The holiday home is southwest-facing and is joined with the Col Vert holiday home but each holiday home has its own terrace.
From the terrace, you have a wonderful view of the River Semois and the countryside.
You will love the calmness and the passage of the birds. You can also do fishing here.
The pike was recently renovated.
On the ground floor: new fitted kitchen, induction hob, Miele oven, dishwasher, new flat screen TV; new tapestries, installation of a natural skylight in the kitchen.
On the 1st floor: recent replacement of the floor covering with a parquet floor, the rooms were carefully renewed (see photos).
The terrace has new garden chairs, and a parasol.
The region: Gaume; Chassepierre 1 km away, the French border 3 km away, Bouillon 23 km away, Orval Abbey 12 km away.
The holiday home is in Gaume where you find a true Gaume dwelling with its sand stones.
You are close to the Semois Valley National Park (recently classed as a natural heritage site).
Soon there will be a footbridge linking the Epioux area to the forest of Ste Cécile.
You can also store your bicycles or motorbikes in a secure shed.
In August, there is the street arts festival in Chassepierre.
You have so many things to do from fishing to cycling, hiking, and the swimming pool in Florenville.
There is even a children’s playground 500 m from the residence.
