This wonderful cottage has all the comfort you need in the exceptional village setting of Cielle. Here, you have some of the most breathtaking views of the region and the starting points for many waymarked paths. This place is only 3.5 km from La Roche-en-Ardenne.

We are at the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, in a characteristic village called Cielle with breathtaking views. This setting is only 2 km from the Ourthe Valley and 3.5 km from the village of Roche-en-Ardenne, where you have some historical Celtic remains, mediaeval villages and 2 former battle sites. You are also near many restaurants, shops, and activities (kayak, bicycle rental, walks, museums, carnival, sporting and cultural events, etc.) but you also have the luxury of being just far enough from the sounds of the town centre.
The entrance is located in a lane where many walking paths pass. You can easily find an itinerary with lovely views that are adapted to your needs and level of fitness whether you go by foot, by mountain bike, or even by cross-country skiing.
Enjoy all the space of the private wooded area of 20 acres where there is so much biodiversity (flowers, birds, insects) and great views. More than ever, it is obvious how much nature does not have a price. The cottage is set on top of a basement made of local stone. The cottage itself is full of light with Velux and bow windows, and has the heat of wood burning stoves to enjoy after a long forest trek (also includes oil central heating). The first wood basket is free of charge.
This comfortable and cosy nest is ideal for family reunions, 2 couples, or even a luxurious remote working spot.
Please note that the stairs are not suitable for people with reduced mobility. To respect the authenticity and calm of the village area, this place is unsuitable for large parties. However, you can still enjoy a quiet beer or other local drink in front of the night fire for a soft night’s slumber. We are not able to receive animals at this residence.
