This fantastic villa was fully converted into a luxury holiday home with accommodation for 20 people, at the doorsteps on the Haute Fagnes natural reserve.
Whether you stay with friends or family, this holiday home is full of space and light, and has all the comfort you need to have an excellent stay.
Everyone will appreciate the friendly atmosphere of the 165 m² lounge, a veranda and a billiards room. The excellent kitchen will be a splendour for culinary chefs and little chefs. For your comfort and privacy, each of the 8 bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom.
The house has 4 toilets.
Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, the Coup de Coeur de Marie will impress both young and old guests with its large living area that has something for everyone.
The very large garden has its own petanque area, a volleyball net, a small goal post, and table tennis, just what you need to convince your sporty guests… the wellness spa has a large sauna, an infrared cabin and a nordic bathtub. You can get all the calm and relaxation you need.
Around 1.5 km from the residence: Hautes Fagnes nature reserve (starting point for numerous hikes), Robertville lake, downhill and cross-country skiing, and mountain biking routes.
During the peak season, go to the lake and the Robertsville dam for some afternoon swimming and water-pedal boating.
The charming town of Malmedy renowned for its cathedral but also its terraces, as well as the village of Waimes that is only a few kilometres away...
And if the snow is there, the cross-country ski slopes of Mont Rigi or the alpine ski slope of Ovifat (and its toboggan run) will delight winter sports enthusiasts.
You can also come and walk to the summit of Belgium at the Signal de Botrange, where various paths will take you to discover the extraordinary landscapes of the Hautes Fagnes.
