We limited the energy consumption through standards in low energy consumption, double flux ventilation, solar panels to heat the water, a wood burning stove as central heating and LED lighting.
The living room has a living area, a large table, an equipped kitchen with a multi-function oven, induction hot plates, an extraction fan, a dishwasher, a microwave, a Dolce-Gusto coffee maker and various other appliances.
For your comfort, the 2 bedrooms have a shower room with a sink, separate toilet as well as storage space.
The first bedroom has a Queen size bed (180 cm) and the second bedroom has 2 single beds (90 cm). The third bedroom has 2 double beds that are located in the attic that can also be used as a television and reading area.
