This comfortable holiday home is stylishly fitted out in an independent building of 165 m². Private garden and games. Possibility of beautiful walks with many cultural, tourist and sporting attractions (folklore trails).
This large and charming cottage has 160 m² of living space, is relaxing, and has a private garden, fenced and equipped with games for different ages, all in a green setting. Located in the province of Namur in Belgium, close to transport links and Charleroi airport. Also close to various shopping centres, the Eau d'Heure dams with all the water sports and games for children, museums, abbeys, Dinant with museums, citadel, fly boats. You cannot list the range of activities and discoveries without mentioning the delicious local produce. You have discount cards at the residence for your various outings.
The quiet village is surrounded by woods and is at the centre of the Napoleonic pathways in an artistic area.
Inspection and visit of the premises on arrival which must be left in the same state when you leave. Before you start your stay, you must provide a cash deposit of €300 to cover any damage you might cause during your stay. This deposit, minus the costs incurred (see above) will be returned to you when you leave the premises after a completion of the joint-inspection.
The strict maximum of occupants of the lodging is fixed at 6 people (adults or children)... No exception will be accepted due to local tourist laws.
Small dogs (no shepherd, defence or combat races) are welcome at an additional cost of €5/night.
