This family residence for 15 people is made up of 2 houses and a tennis court. It is located in the heart of the village of Roumont. The cottage is made up of 2 houses next to each other (otherwise known as the small house and the big house).
The big house is where you will find all the living spaces. You will find:
- a fully equipped kitchen that was renovated in 2021.
- 2 large adjoining lounges.
- 1 large dining room.
- 1 shower room, bathroom, and 5 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double bed - 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, and a bedroom with a single bed).
The little house is a secondary living space where you will find:
- 1 small kitchen.
- 1 living room.
- 1 bathroom, and 2 bedrooms (a bedroom with 4 single beds, and a bedroom with 2 single beds).
This peaceful and charming place is surrounded by forest, river and meadow. The house is spacious, has many bedrooms and everything you need for your family reunions, weekends with friends with children, sporting getaways, and well-deserved escape away from the city. There are many activities nearby (Abbayes, animal park, Bastogne, etc.). The village of Roumont is located in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, 20 km from Bastogne, 15 km from La Roche-en-Ardenne and 15 km from Saint-Hubert.
Recently renovated to accommodate you even better, the cottage has a total capacity of 15 people. Renovated in 2016, the estate tennis court is at your disposal to introduce you to this great sport, work on your backhand or organise small tournaments between you all.
Access to the cottage is entirely independent.
IMPORTANT: As the cottage is located in the heart of the village, and is surrounded by other houses, you are kindly asked to keep the place calm after 9 pm.

You can arrive at the holiday home any time after 4 pm at your convenience through self-check in.
Departure time
Departure time is normally at midday. However, when we clean on another day, you can stay until 6 pm without any restrictions.

Sheets are provided and the beds will be made before your arrival.
We provide basic kitchen items (cooking oil, salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen towel, toilet paper, etc.).
We also provide some wood for you to make a fire upon your arrival. If you want to do more than one evening, you can buy some extra kindle wood at the Delhaize proxy in Tenneville.
