You are only 350 m away from accessing the Semois River. This place is the departure point for kayaking or canoeing and also for many walking paths in the forests of the Ardennes and Gaume. You can also eat out in the village or the nearby area. There is a shop and butchers in the villages as well as a large supermarket and additional services in the town of Florenville around 5 km away. There is easy access by train to the station located between Chiny and Florenville. The terraced house is calm on both levels with a paved private and closed courtyard for your meals, relaxation, games and BBQ. You have parking spaces in front of the holiday home. You also have a small lawn area. You even have access to a former carpentry workshop that is now used as an outhouse to store your kayaks, bicycles or motorbikes during the night as well as for storing toys for the children.
