The ground floor, accessible on one level from the car park, includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The entrance hall has a toilet and leads you to the kitchen, which gives access to a corridor leading to a bathroom on 1 level with a shower and a toilet, as well as to a large bedroom measuring 5x5 metres . A magnificent covered terrace of 35 m² is built and clad in local wood, and can serve as an ideal reception area all year round. From here, an open-air terrace leads you to the garden.
