The accommodation contains a kitchen, a living and dining room, 2 bedrooms, 1 sleeping area, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet all on the same level.
The kitchen has access to a south-facing terrace that is secure for children, and also has access to the garden.
In the basement, a games room with billiards and darts are at your disposal for your enjoyment. Access to the garden is also possible via the games room.
You can also give it all with a game of table tennis.
You will also find a laundry room with a washing machine, an ironing board and an iron.
A large garage provides safe entry for 2 cars, bicycles and motorcycles.
In front of the cottage, you can park up to 4 cars in a private car park.
The garden has a large barbecue.
Walking enthusiasts can enjoy pleasant family walks through the paths and trails of our countryside while cycling enthusiasts can lap up the miles by taking Line 38, the surrounding woods and many different agricultural paths.
