This holiday home has 10 ensuite bedrooms, 12 toilets, a fully-equipped kitchen, living rooms, dining rooms, a piano bar with 2 beer taps, a television area, a sauna, a jacuzzi, a games room with table tennis, table football and a billiards table. The secure garden has games, 2 terraces, a covered terrace, a barbecue and many private parking spaces.

Our holiday home has a beautiful bar that brings you back to the time when it was still possible to buy beer casks from Juliper, Chouffe and others.
- Bed sheets and pillow cases are made on your bed free of charge.
- The owner cannot accept any stag parties, hen nights or student house parties.
- The house is non-smoking but you can smoke outside in the areas where we leave an ashtray.

If you do not respect the rules and smoke indoors, we will ask you to pay €150 to cover the additional cleaning services to remove the odours from the rooms and fabrics.

- You must pay a €1000 deposit by bank transfer before your arrival or in cash on the day to cover all your potential fees. After all additional charges are deduced, you will receive a refund of the deposit within 15 days.
- Normal weekend arrival time: Friday at 6 pm with 8 pm departure time on Sunday. You can also leave before 10 am on Monday for an additional fee of €50.

- Rental costs:
Weekend from Friday 6 pm to Sunday 8 pm or Monday 10 am from €1211 to €2611 according to the time of year.
Full week from Friday 6 pm to Friday 10 am from €1407 to €2617 according to the time of year.
Half week stay from Monday 6 pm to Friday 10 am from €917€ to €1467 according to the time of year.
