  • How to book accommodation ?

    Our site allows you to directly book with the owner and avoid booking fees. Our team does not manage reservations.

    To reserve a stay, you have several possibilities :

    • Online booking : Some accommodations have the Online Booking option and are identified as such. For these accommodations, you book and pay for your stay directly through our site (bancontact, Visa, Mastercard). To reserve your stay, specify your dates of stay and click Reserve. When you finish paying for your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. 
    • Reservation request : For accommodation that cannot be booked online, you can send the owner a reservation request. Sending a reservation request is not a reservation. To send your reservation request to the owner, specify your dates of stay and click Send message. Fill out the form and click Send booking request to the owner. The owner will receive your request by e-mail and respond to you as soon as possible. The owner will then send you the reservation details.
    • Telephone : Click Show telephone number to call the owner to book your stay.
  • How do I cancel a reservation ?

    To cancel a reservation made through our site, please contact the owner yourself.

  • How do I contact the owner of an accommodation before booking ?

    Do you want to ask the owner some questions before you book the accommodation ? Click Show telephone number to call the owner to ask your questions.

  • I have received "Gîtes et Chambres d'hôtes de Wallonie" holiday vouchers. How can I use them ?

    You can use your "Gîtes et Chambres d'hôtes de Wallonie" holiday vouchers in all the accommodation listed on

    All you have to do is contact the owner of the accommodation you have chosen by telephone and/or e-mail (even for accommodation that can be booked online) and tell him/her that you have holiday vouchers. It is currently impossible to use our vouchers to pay for your stay online.
